On-Site Lender Pre-Approval!
Now that you’ve found your perfect new home and neighborhood, if you are not yet financially “Pre-qualified or Approved” for a new home Mortgage, it’s time to visit with a lender of your choice, or a lender available at our Sales Centers over the weekend. Meeting with a lender will give you the peace of mind that your new home is within your budget, as you begin the important process of qualifying for a new home Mortgage.

We are thrilled that you've found your perfect new Stonefield Home! Our team of professionals will go over all details of your home buying procedures and answer any questions you may have (See your Sales Consultant for more information).
Customize To Your Liking
Now that you’ve found your perfect new home and neighborhood, if you are not yet financially “Pre-qualified or Approved” for a new home Mortgage, it’s time to visit with a lender of your choice, or a lender who may be in our Sales Office over the weekend. Meeting with a lender will give you the peace of mind that your new home is within your budget, as you begin the important process of qualifying for a new home Mortgage.
Mortgage Process and Loan Approval
When you approved and signed the initial paperwork, your loan went into the processing phase and now it’s progressed to final underwriting stages. Upon final approval by underwriting, your loan documents can be issued. You will now be asked to sign the loan and escrow documents at the escrow company. Your signed documents will go back to your lender for review and loan funding approval. Once this is accomplished, your loan is in a position to Record.
New Home "Walk-Through"
When your new home is completely built and finished, our Construction team will schedule a “Walk-Through” with you. This will last between 1-2 hours, during which time the Construction team will review all your finish selections, options and the functionality of your new home. You will also learn about your new appliances and other important features in your new Stonefield home. This will typically occur roughly 7 days before your Escrow Closes.
Welcome Home!
This is the moment you have been waiting for! Once your transaction has Recorded, your escrow is considered ‘closed’ and you are the official owner of a beautiful new Stonefield home! It’s time to move-in and start enjoying your new home. We are thrilled to hand you the keys and welcome you to the Stonefield Family of Homeowners!
